My computer has gone berserk. I don't really know what's wrong with it (other than it takes an hour to boot up, no lie, and then it's difficult to do ANYTHING on it), but Dell tech support has offered up a way to fix it that will hopefully work. We just have to wait for a windows reinstallation disk to come in. During that time, I will be backing
