Thank you--me, too. It's difficult to piece things together, both because a) my mom is not a universally reliable narrator about her own condition, and b) the doctors and nurses treating her have been brusque and/or non-responsive, depending on the day. Which does not make sense (I can't be the first family member to be in this situation) and in my opinion is either unprofessional or rude.
Yesterday she told me they were considering sending her back to the rehab center on Tuesday, which is good news. Her BP is still dipping low but apparently the median continues to normalize. For the first time I appreciate the toll that being a caretaker for a loved one exacts from the people who *aren't* sick.
