One thing about living in Santa Carla I never could stomach...

As the lateness of this fine Wednesday night begins to saturate my drive, lo and behold, there comes a blog to aid me in the procrastination from my duties as a writer. So let me weave the tale of my past weekend and things to come to amuse myself, and hopefully you as well ( Read more... )

Okay, it's not that I'm not occasionally attracted to Jesus, particularly when watching "Reefer Madness," but let me just say...Edward Cullen is way sexier than Jesus. Seriously, if I had to choose to be saved by Jesus Christ himself or be defiled and/or torn to shreds by Edward Cullen, it would be all about Edward.

And yeah, seriously, if you don't go to sleep until 6:30, 7 in the morning...why would you call at half past noon? WHY, Nick, WHY?!?!

Yeah, the slumber party was a bit awkward. But hey, sharing a bed with two reasonably attractive generally good people? I'm not gonna complain.

First off. You compared that dude from Twilight to JESUS effin CHRIST. Dear God in Heaven why did you do that? Are you currently trying to bone one of the fan girls? If I weren't laughing so hard, I would be seriously disgusted and disturbed.

I'm glad that you all had a fantastic weekend and that Yuan and Sophie are friends again.

But most importantly, you're working! yay! I'm so very super excited for you!

Gee, Alana, I thought that you of all people would get SARCASM when you read it. I would have thought the last few sentences would have made that clear if you all didn't get it.

Yes, work is good. Actually, no. Work is bad. But monies are good. Which sucks that one must work for it. I think the equation goes something like this:

Money > Work.

And most jobs out there are:

Money = Work + 1

Making it barely worth it.

Gee Nick, I thought that you would have detected that I got the sarcasm but was still disgusted at the thought of equating the twilight dude with a worshipped being. I also noted that I was laughing hard...because I got the joke/sarcasm.

Anyway, I agree with you about the job thing. totally there with you.
