I read these when I'm bored, looking for a friend to sorta cheer me up. I have recently have been rather down on myself, even though things have been looking up for me. I still can't find a way to be as happy as I should be. I miss my family, and my friends at home - but when I'm at home I miss my friends at school.
It's kinda funny but the one this this weekend that made me smile was the misfortune of another. (Not a BAD misfortune, mind you - but misfortune nonetheless) Otherwise, I have been crying more than I should and I can't seem to shake the funk that I'm in.
I too read live journals to cheer myself up. you can always find something interesting on LJ from a friend. also, it makes me feel like i'm still in touch with what everyone is doing these days. keep them going!

Their are so many things that I wish you could experience and have, but I'm afraid that it will take you a while if you want them. It seems that you have slidden so far away from everyone, and have sunken into this new life of yours, ever since you have struck out on your own down there in college. But you know what? Everything is going to be o.k., because you still have your old friends in North Georgia. I'm not going to reveal who I am, cause that will just cause troubles. Don't bother with the I.P.'s, they're going to change, frequently. Maybe one day I can reveal who I am, but just rest in the fact that I am an old friend of yours, and I pray that God will show Himself to you everyday. If you do figure out who I am, keep it to yourself. But know that I think about you, and want a better life for you that the one you are experiencing right now. If you want, you can respond
