Freaking iTunes!

So, today, when I went on my computer, I loaded up iTunes to update my iPod, and as soon as it loaded up, it froze, and the Windows Task Manager said it was not responding. It did this every time I opened iTunes. I tried un- and reinstalling iTunes, using versions 7.5 and 7.4.3, and it STILL does it! If anyone can help me out here I would greatly
