Although I agree with the vast majority of your retrospective, I most point out that Daisuke is about the only anime character I know whose characterization is ruined in the series he stars in. In every single other appearance (movies, V-Tamer 01, Wonderswan games) he is actually a compelling character. Anyway, I like your review, and good luck with Tamers!

It's simmilar to Xros Wars. The anime is ruined but the whole franchise, Manga, Games etc. are awesome.
