Author's Note: I found this story while skimming through my Documents on my computer. I wrote this a couple of years ago for a friend for an art project. The request was for me to come up with a very basic, bare-bones story that could be turned into about a six-page comic book. Was this for the comic with Katie out of curiosity?

It's very good, I love the imagery a lot. Very creepy. It's a nice ending too, which is too bad because I'd like to read more of it. *L*

Yeah, it was for Katie's school project. Not the online comic we were planning.

Thanks! What I like about it is that it's very self-contained in that it provides you with just enough information, tells you who John is and why he's in this situation while leaving you with a lot to wonder about. The story doesn't need to go beyond this but it can. Who know's, maybe I'll make this a 40s-style serial.
