I just polished off a cheezy vegetarian at the Counter Culture Cafe (menu) and it has got to be the tastiest thing I have had all week. From the menu: "Cheezy Vegetarian with mayo, provolone, swiss, muenster, feta, onions, avocado, capers, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts & kalamata olives topped with tomatoes, spring mix, sprouts & balsamic

Yeah, it is sad that Subway & Starbucks are everywhere!!!
I prefer Cousins Subs or even Gandolfini's. And Seattle Express is good. Of course Counter Culture is great. I haven't been over there since they moved, sadly. Maybe I'll try & swing by before Tranz tomorrow. That'd be cool.
My mom & I like to frequent Cheba Hut. They have great sammiches!! :P
