Hallo Hannah-friend! :)

Just so you know, I do NOT auto-friend people who friend me. My Friends list really is a list of my friends, whether online or real-life.

If you decide to take the time to get to know me, via commenting in the entries you can see, or via IM chat, and we do become genuine friends, THEN I shall friend you back. But not until then. And it generally takes a while to get to know me -- sometimes a long while.

I know other folks on LJ are more . . . casual . . . in their friendships, but I am not. Call me old-fashioned.

If you decide to de-friend me after reading this, I won't take offense. I hope you'll decide to stay though -- I've read your LJ and saw you've quite a few interests in common with me. (Hope you're feeling better after the events of the 11th of August!)

Let's hope this is the beginning of a long-lasting friendship . . .
