Between art classes and Hebrew and a challenging class called "Finding Lasting Love"," things have been pretty busy these days.  I love my art classes.  It is wonderful to have to shop in art stores again, but it makes the storage problem more intense, but I think I am up to it.  The printmaking class is especially juicy.  I come home completely

i can't tell you how much i've enjoyed swimming in your words again, miss barbara. and now i get to help hold hope lightly along with you.

i'm out of church again, my UCC congregation being very dysfuntional and lacking in spiritual fulfillment. but my work continues to expose me to new communities.

how wonderful to find you here. I am sorry about your UCC congregation. I'm afraid that many congregations are hard to navigate and almost at odds with what "the church" might be or become. My prayers are with you as you continue to search. I am so glad you are not turning your back on the special call you experience.
