Oh god bedbugs! Burn it to the ground!!!
I think if you're renting a house from someone, they're responsible for it, too since they're technically a landlord, I think. :D

yay interviewwwww :D

yeah...NOT HAPPY! nope, if you rent an apartment the landlord is, but if its a single family home, the tenent is responsible. it blows. an exterminator starts around $700 and goes up (i think monty had to pay in the vicinity of $1400), so we're going to try to take care of it ourselves first. it doesnt seem THAT bad yet, so maybe its still controllable.

yep, interview to be a development person at port discovery. want!!!

There are totally ways to get rid of them yourselves but it's complimicated. heh. Get a bedbug cover for your mattress if you haven't already - it'll seal the ones in there so they'll die out and keep anymore from living in there. :D

Apparently one of the ways to kill them is to overheat your apartment. If there's like a 90+ degree day coming up you could get a bunch of space heaters and try to do it that way. A lot of people recommend getting a steam cleaner and piping steam into every crack in the floor/walls you could possibly have.

hah i also read that you can put your stuff in plastic bags and stick it in the car on a hot day. i think im going to try that for stuff like clothes and pillows. although with my luck, i will infest the car.
