and i'll just throw in that my car's not done. again.

i'm gathering my thoughts for the less than sociable call i'm about to make to the service manager.

apparently while i was "a very strong candidate", i did not get the job i interviewed for. if im such a strong fucking candidate, how is it that i've only had 4 interviews in the two years that i've been actively job looking? its not slackery on my part--my average is 40-60 resumes sent WEEKLY. wtf? really job market? does two degrees, an amazing ( Read more... )

i have a chipmunk friend whom i visit with at work. he lives under the bush near the smoking corner. when i say visit, i mean i sit on the curb, say "hello friend,", and he looks at me like im retarded before he scurries away. today he had an acorn that was the size of his head, and i almost exploded.
