It's -17F (-27C) right now. It is Colder in Chicago than it is in Fairbanks Alaska. My car does not care about "wind chill" temps just the real temperature and neither do I. Wind chills only matter when you have exposed skin or don't have clothes that stop the wind. Layers work best b/c they keep insulated pockets of air in

Right now since the sun is up it's warmed up to -36C and there's a looooong bus strike on.
Thank goodness my car has started every day.
