The answer is yes, i write all of these at like 3 or 4 in the morning. Im an insomniac, and sleep mostly in the daytime. Ive tried to understand why i cant sleep at night without drugs. Some possible reasons may be that I am afraid to sleep at night, afraid some rapist or burglar will come in the night, or that there will be a fire, etc. Lately

i feel the same way with night being the best time for being creative at all...one of my teachers did a really crazy study where he stayed awake for days, then sat at a table and drew until he fell asleep...and when he woke up he had drawn the craziest dream-like stuff...like pianos made of pillow material, and crazy worlds and stuff. it was really cool. it showed how when you're tired it activates different parts of our brain and stimulates creativity, or something. too bad it really messed him up, haha

Yeah I always write my papers and stuff about this time. For some reason though last night I just couldnt get started. So I went to bed, and sometime around 6 or 7 in the morning I got my idea. The paper still sucks, but at least I could think of something to write.
