This hippie way over reacted, lost control of himself even before anything happened with the taser. Then when he does get tasered after resisiting the police he trys to falsify a scene of police burtality but lying on the groud screaming like a cheap whore about an unamed "medical condition". The police in a very calm manner asked him to get up ( Read more... )

I agree with you, the kid was being dramatic and non compliant...however, I don't think that not standing up when told justifies the fact that the police electrocuted him. I'm sure the they could have just as easily hand-cuffed him and drug him out of the library instead of tasering him multiple times for being defiant.

not quite, there were alot of eye witnesses who said he was walking out when they started to rough him up, thats what the screaming was about.

the tazering was also unjust.

according to the post the police grabed his arm and he went crazy and started screaming. Bear in mind toby i don't actually agree with most of this post, it was a satire on the hippie one thats been going around

Bear in mind I intended this mostly as a satire of the original post going around and I for the most part agree with what you said. And I way oversimplified the "2 equal sides to every story", i was just trying to get across the idea that there was another side(reguardless of weather it was slanderous/truthful/accurate/ect..) of the story because most people assumed there wasn't. It just makes me mad when i see friends of mine post propaganda about important issues because they are way to good for that.

I dont' know if it was intentional but i do appreciate the icon.

so youre willing to lower the standards of your own character in order to 'hopefully' get some point across to your friends about how low they are behaving?

Given that your 'point' took up less than half the space that your overly inflammatory tirade did, that seems febrile.

If you have issue with something I (or tobi, or whoever else took it and ran) post, please by all means invite an intelligent discourse.

Flaming opposing views on the internet is just assanine.

Since when have my standards been above saying inflammatory things with only the vauge intention that it might change someone's mind or convince them of something? Also as for the "low behavior" bit I don't think you toby or anyone else are abject retards for posting it, it's a very powerful video and it should be seen by as many people as possible, I do however have slight problems with the discription of the video ( ... )
