However, I heard that someone may have already taken the room, but I haven't confirmed this with Phil yet.
basically, if you need even for just a little bit, that's ok (there's no lease or anything, nothing to keep you there) but if you're actually going to do it, you'd better make up your mind soon before it's too late.
