School Update!

Well, I know I haven't really updated school much since semester started. I just got back my first essay from my English Lit 321 class. I'd written about Sui Sin Far's story "Mrs. Spring Fragrance" and how it shows the interaction of American vs. Chinese cultures. I am happy to say I got a 97%! This is the highest initial grade I have recieved

Hold on-- if the second assignment is a poem, doesn't that mean it isn't an essay anymore? Lalalala.

Well an essay is "a short literary composition on a particular theme or subject, usually in prose and generally analytic, speculative, or interpretative". I like how it says "usually in prose" because "usually" means "not always", for instance, my essay 2! :D

Yeah I like the reader reviews I've written, they rock. :D I play around a bit with them, but anyway.. we'll see how the essay goes!
