Day Seven: Favorite female and why.
Who doesn't love Luna Lovegood?! She's the quirkiest, smartest girl around, and she doesn't care about what people think of her. She speaks her mind no matter what, and she's sure to make you laugh, even if she didn't mean to. She seems to be in a different world at times, perhaps a dream world, but that's part of her charm. It makes her completely unique, and even if you hate the world of Harry Potter it's hard to hate someone like Luna. She always helps others, and never loses her hope. Luna could have totally been in Gryffindor, although I do think she's smart enough to be more of a Ravenclaw. I think Evanna Lynch does a perfect job of playing her in the movies - she doesn't come across as trying to much to be dreamy and somewhat out of it, she makes it seem like she really is Luna Lovegood. Although I do like other female characters, like Ginny and Hermione, Luna is definitely my favorite!
