Woot. It's 11:15 AM and I'm already exhausted. I had training this morning, which was unusually nice (maybe it was the absence of Almos and Felix? I really don't know. But that's another story). I kept falling asleep on the bus, but I did manage to retain some very interesting information on adrenal hormones, and how too much cortisol can cause ( Read more... )

Sounds busy. :P

Congratulations on the PB! And sounds like there were some interesting dramatics. I tend to agree with Jono, but then again you did say you were biased, which means I'm biased too. ^_^

Donut. Oh merlin. I WANT IT! :P Sorry. Started the barely-any-carbs-at-all diet three-ish days ago, and I'm pretty sure I'd kill for some bakery, and chocolate. And geez, I hope these cravings fade soon.

Good. ^_^ You should have good self-esteem, because you're such a great swimmer! Actually you're a great everything. :D

Still... Donut... *drools*

Thanks. ^_^ Never thought it'd be so hard to avoid carbs. Actually, haven't had much veggies at all this last day or so. Have been eating a disturbing amount of carrots. Some broccoli, lettuce, onions. Have been talking about celery, asparagus, and finding some peas. Ooooh, green beans. Thanks for the site! I'll definitely be using that!

I'm glad the cravings will fade. I think after the two weeks things will be better... Tonight or tomorrow though we're going out to eat, so that'll include french fries, but that's it for the carb section, so I think that'll be okay this once.

So do we! Lol Practically every time on tv. Especially carby foods, dunkin donuts have regular cameos in one show, and this other features far too many sandwiches. XD

Dark Chocolate is my favorite. XD I'm not sure I could as of yer refrain from eating the whole candybar, so I won't try that for awhile yet.

Lmao! My self-esteem has a life of its own -- it wanders in and out of my life as it chooses. XD

Bryt! Focus! Look, lettuce-leaf!!

Carrots are off-limits. ^_^;; At least in our book they are (our SBD book, that is). They are nature's candy. :P The rest sounds good, though. Beware, after a while of not carbing it, eating a large amount of carbs can feel really gross afterwords. I think it's psychological, but that's what happened to me several times, when I said "Just this once".

Yeah, cravings are bad things. Ahhh! When we get together, we'll have to put in some good "foody" movies and analyze them! XDXDXD I know - First on the list: "What's Eating Gilbert Grape?" ^___^

More in common! I adore dark chocolate, too. :P What fun. I wish they'd sell chocolate in the proper serving sizes - like, one square for a dime or something. Then again, it'd probably be a quarter, knowing the over-priced chocolate industry... :P

lol! Yeah, swimming isn't just going from one end of the pool to the other... As long as there are fights and feuds, and a few screw-ups, we can just call it the Swimmer Soap. :P

Lmao!! I'm finally starting to get over her lecture problem. Well, some people are just like that. I'm sure we all will run into more like her in RL some time or another... As my dad advised me the other day: we'd better seriously GET OVER IT! XD

...It's easy for HIM to say.

NO kidding. It's a wonder Jono turned out as well as he did. X3

No prob. I haven't practiced much yet either, but... heh...
