We have pill bottles all over the place, for all sorts of things. Thankfully our pets don't try that sort of thing; they don't appreciate being yelled at me thinks.
I'm glad Murphy is okay!!!!!
You've reminded me of a past horror story of our own... We were visiting my grandparents once, who had set out poision for mice. Well, we brought two dogs (we had four at the time), Pepper and Cocoa, THE friendliest dog in the entire world. Cocoa, thrill-seeker that he likes to be (and I though curiosity killed the cat) ate a large portion of the stuff. And it was the weekend, when no vets are open but the emergency vet, which was at least 45 minutes away. He was alright in the end, threw up and all that, but god it was terrifying
( ... )
I'm glad Murph's okay, too. We have a trainer coming to the house regularly now, and Mark says that we won't recognize Murphy, he's learned so much. And I really think Murphy is happier now - it's like a whole new game for him, all this "sit, stay, come here" stuff. He loves to learn. *sighs fondly at her dog* He's turning 8 months old on the 16th - it's amazing how fast time flies...!
Eep. You said that your Dad has Cocoa now, so I take it Cocoa is still okay? Rat/mouse poison is awful stuff. *shakes head* poor thing.
Gaela sounds like she was the sweetest pup. :D Did I tell you that "Suba" is a Hungarian name? Sorry - just popped into my head for some reason :P
I'm glad Murphy's training is going well, and that he's enjoying it. :D He's 8 months already?! I thought he still this little puppy. *laughs* Time does fly.
Cocoa is doing well. A healthy, happy, VERY friendly dog. Probably the friendliest dog I've ever met; the world is his friend. The whole rat poison thing blew over, though it thoroughly scared us all witless.
I knew Suba was a hungarian name. ^_^ It was chosen on purpose since he was a Hungarian breed. :D
