So it looks like I fell off the face of the Internet...

Or at least Dreamwidth/LJ.

I always wondered if I stopped posting for any length of time if anyone would notice. Or care. Or if they'd be celebrating in the streets. Apparently the last time I posted here was October 28th.

Since then exactly one person wrote to ask if I was okay. So at least one person noticed. :)

So what have I been up to for the ( Read more... )

THERE YOU ARE!

Yay on the school finally being ready for you!! Nothing like taking an extra few months.

Poor Logi. That must be so stressful for you!

Waiting on a download to finish myself...

Here I am! Etsy ate my life. And my house.

And yeah... I've been asking about the $10,000 a DAY we're supposed to get back from the development company for every day the building was late. Turns out they used some of it to give EVERY room their own projector and document camera. ~$1000 of free tech for each of us for the win!

And yeah... It's been a tough month. I'm almost at the point where wish the universe would just take him if it's that time. And if not, leave him the hell alone. You know?

...27 minutes left. But this is the most erratic download ever. Now it says 28... now 22. Now 31. ARGH!

My first download corrupted 24 minutes in. Now I'm trying a new source. Still an hour to go...

I wanted to let you know that the space soap was a hit with Autistic Youngest, even more so when she realized it was hand-crafted. We are now reading up on soap-making and next will come bath bombs.

I an delighted that you finally have your classroom. Good luck with the rest of the prep. Oy, that's a lot of work. Good health to those struggling, too. :-(

You want to go to Soapqueen.com for video tutorials. That's where I learned bath bombs. :) But a hint - make them a bit wetter than she advises if you're using a mold that's at all detailed.

Feel free to sling any questions my way. Or even ask Youngest if she wants to contact me herself. :)

And the classroom... yeah. It's a ton of work. But I get my science lab space, my 'classroom' space (where the desks are) and I have access to ALL my science curriculum stuff!

Logi says thanks. The NIPs are much better and terrorizing my brother again. :)

I just assumed you were making flocked posts, or busy with school or something.

My plan for the year is to combine my 2 goals of making a dent in the giant pile of unwatched DVDs and finishing the MUNCLE cross stitch project I started before my 8-year-old niece was conceived by cross stitching while watching DVDs.

I have been worried - but it also seemed like there wasn't any way I could contact you without it coming across like it was about me.

Speaking about me, that download made me insane. It took way, WAY too long to come down!

I regret to say I didn't notice. Mom had brain surgery at the end of October. I was in minimal cell/net land all of November. Then December was the usual wackiness.

I've been very wrapped up in myself, in Inkstained Succubus and in a couple of deadlines. (I wrote YA!)
