Sleep is very therapeutic for so many reasons
Not just so you can feel like whipping the world into shape the
following day, but because your body makes growth hormone only at night which is very important.
Learned all about it when I could no longer make it due to the loss of my pituitary
I now have to use nightly injections.........
So the more full nights you can get the better for you overall.
