1. She's a 158 years old!
2. She's lived EVERYWHERE, she's not going to have a purely British accent
3. There's no such things as a "British accent". Each region has it's own accent

They're fairy/cupcakes taken out of their cases, turned upside down and decorated with icing and liquorice to look like DRDs.
