[The PCD turns on as it is dropped to the ground.  Once it settles on the ground, it is clear by the camera's angle who owns the device.  Uchiha Madara is on screen.  It is obvious that he tripped over the uneven ground of the Safezone but there is something off in this picture

[He can't be completely faulted for his hysteria over this. It's a skill of his brothers he's never seen, since it stems from the Eternal Mangekyou. The gift of his eyes gave Madara these skills, and robbed Izuna of the pleasure of witnessing it first-hand.

Which is an amusing cruelty, considering how he was introduced to it.
