new Blog post done. Leaves me to ask a question of you all...

Why do you cook? what drives you to cook? basic human need or something more then that?

That's an easy one!

Cooking is basically an art form for me. Especially when you go new routes. The whole process starts with the shopping when you get inspration to look at ingeredients and think of combinations of ingredients that you think (or taste in your imagination) work fine together.

Then you go to the preparation part and the planning. I have collected enough experience to know the times things will take. Since I want everything coming out at a time I need to schedule what will go in the pot/pan/oven/grill when. But as I said with growing experience you will not need books or timers.

Then it is time to set up the table while you are cooking, which again is a form of art to chosse the right plates/bowls/utensils.

You then open the wine/beer/drink whatever you planned with the food and serve.

Well and then the eating part which is sexy/romantic/messy or whatever you have planned it to be...

Well, that's cooking for me...
