You said that you weren't a 10-year-old, and I responded with a little bit of sarcasm. So it's supposed to mean that "I really understand what you're getting at, but I'm intentionally going to be stupid in the hopes of lightening the mood with a little friendly ribbing."

There's always a danger, though, of said ribbing to be ... ineffectively expressed due to the medium.
