I think 'Valencia is Awesometown' should be pretty high on the list.

Mazda once had a commercial with the tag line: "The SUV you never saw coming." *spit take*

these slogans bug me, as did the billboard that said "Unbiquitous"

and the claims in commercials are getting more and more rediculous. Risolli and Isles (or however they are spelt) is a new series that i have yet to find anyone who watches it regularly (i am sure they are out there) and yet they advertise "the best cable series ever!" excuse me??

i also am getting bugged more and more by made up words, especially merging two words together.

There's a billboard I pass every day on the way home from work for some bank (despite seeing it every day, I have no idea WHICH bank) that says something like "What if ATM stood for 'A Time-saving Machine?' Blah blah bank blah"

And every day, I just want to call them and be like "look, if it stood for A TIME MACHINE, I would totally switch banks, but as of now you really need to work harder."

And seconded on Awesometown. I lived there for fifteen years. It should be changed to Some Town.

I also hate the Lap Band jingle "Let your new life begin, call 1-800-Get-Thin," but that's only because I hear it 9,000 times a day on the radio at work. I think at this point, hearing it could provoke me to violence.
