okay, so about the roomate thing, you really should say something to "the real roomate" (i know who he is but i guess we're not naming names). It's not fair to you guys, who are on the lease, that he's screwing you around. If you feel that you can't say anything to this squatter then tell your real roomie. You shouldn't have to put up with crap when you're doing him a favour. So unless his name is on the lease he needs to be gracious and thankful that he's got a place to live.

Yes my thoughts exactly, I feel the saemw ay. Unfortunately I'm a little wimp when it comes to standing up to someone in that type of position and circumstance. But we did email the real roommate, and he talked to the other one. So he knows now, and comfronted owen about it actually said he was upset that he was being a bad roommate and upset that we wouldn't talk to him directly etc etc... It was weird how emotional he got, but he said he was just trying to be open and a good roommate. He has now bought his own groceries and wont touch the air conditioning! So that is awesome!

Me too, it was brutal before hand, except now he sorta acts guilty at times, and ignores us a lot now becasue I think he is afraid or something. Weird, he goes out all the time. But hey thats fine with me! lol.
