The other day, Brandon, Rat, Aaron, and I built a fire in the backyard and decided to make mountain pies. Later on, I discovered an insect bite above my elbow, and didn't really think much of it. I don't realistically think I have West Nile. But, you know, it would suck if I did. We should get together soon. It may be last time we ever will!

When the WestNile scare came out, a crow died in my yard. We called the health department to run tests and they never got back to us.

That would scare the crap out of me. Are you taking the SAT's this year? I have an SAT prep book and all this stuff that I've never used because I'm a lazyass. If you'd like this stuff, I'll drop it off or send to you or something. Anyway. I just thought I'd tell you I like reading your journal. Even though we don't talk a lot or see each other anymore, I still know whats going on with you, which is nice. I had full intentions of getting a hold of you and us doing something this summer...but you know how that goes. Before I knew it, summers almost over. Good luck this year with everything. I know, Kelly. It sucks that we never get together, but I always read your journal to know what's going on in your life and everything. I hope you enjoy college-life, and don't get too stressed out about loans, etc. Keep in touch and let me know how everything ends up.

P.S. Sure, I'll take that book. I need all the help I can get with the SAT.
