also, does the banjo have the same tuning as the mando? I have some mandolin tabs and things that Ryan the geologist randomly gave me... though I guess you can get them off the internet anyway.

Banjo's got a weird tuning...
|D (minor third up)
|B (third up)
|G (fifth up)
|C (lowest note)
|high G (an octave above the other one...)
Mandolin's tuned like a violin, right? Are you playing the mandolin now?! I love that instrument :)
