Dear beloved boston bicyclists,

If you are pedaling your bike in the roadway alongside (or oftentimes - in between) the cars that are driving - YOU ARE NOT A PEDESTRIAN!!!!!

That means several things - 
1.  If an actual pedestrian walking with their feet is crossing a crosswalk in front of you, and all the cars stop to let them cross - you have to

But I'm a bicyclist and I'm not a pedestrian! So I can't possibly follow those rules. And I'm not a car, either, even a child could tell you that!

Therefore I am both and neither as is determined by whatever is more convenient for me. And you are the bad guy because you just ran over my bike.

i may be the bad guy cause i ran over your bike. but if you come out of nowhere and are not following the rules - and i am - and i hit you and run over your bike.... then you are left with a squished bike and no recourse against me.

see how inconvenient that is for you mr. bicyclist?
