Life is all about God. I mean, Jesus sacrificed his life so that we didn't have to die forever...and we owe it to him to give our lives up as well. In a slightly different way, but you catch my point. We are supposed to live our lives striving to be like Jesus. We are to live our lives in a way that is honoring and worshipful (is that a word?) to God. That's pretty much what it's about.
and then not taking the blessings he gives us for granted. Loving our family, loving our friends....all of that good stuff.
wow..thats a really good question. and actually tonight me and sarah, victoria, rachel and emily kinda talked about it. Just life in general. and well i totally and 100% agree with everything rachel said. The point of our lives is to live for Jesus! but then also when you look at the part where you said what is life about..to me that part..its different for everyone. life to me is about..i dunno. its just lil things. ..going to work everyday and seeing my lil kids look up to me or have one come give me a hug and a kiss. i mean i know you make fun of me for loving kids so much. But i truley do. Children are the most amazing creations. Because just the fact that things i do and say to them..impact them and could forever..haha ya thats scary to. but its also just amazing! and they just fill my heart with so much joy and hapiness That just means the world to me. and i cant wait till i have my own children that i created and have parts of me in them... i dont know..lol i was def talking to much! but..for me..thats what life is about. and
( ... )
we come into this life with nothing. by way of posessions, friendships, etc. We start bare, in every sense of the word. When we leave, we quite literally only have the clothes on our backs, and even that isn't going anywhere with us.
So simply put, I am led to believe that life is only what you make of it. The quality of one's life can be judged (and only by the person living it, mind) by how they choose to fill the time in between. The experiences, relationships, accomplishments, failures, and everything that makes a person's life diverse and exciting. We have the gift of free will, and that makes us the masters of our world. We shape it as we please and thus are led to deal with any outcomes.
Life is too general a thing for it to have one singular purpose or definition. The purpose of my life is different from the purpose of Rachel More's life is different from the purpose of Kristen Dockray's life is different from the purpose of Tony Danza's life. It's personal. Life is as rich and fulfilling or as bland and empty as you make
hehe, the hardest questions to answer. well, i really dont have the power to answer that for sure. whether there is a god or isnt, right now the point is to make life the best you can make of it. thats really the best we can do.
