There is a memorial party/birthday party for a kid who died this year.  It's weird working it...especially at a youth center that generally hosts birthday parties and the occassional benefit.  Half of the people look like they could be in tears at any moment and the rest look incredibly happy.

Weird.

Seeing Rent at Wolf Trap tonight.  Woot.

 I am officially picking up my new car today.  A 2008 Toyota Yaris hatchback.  Bright blue.  Generally very cute.  And an average of 41-45 mph.  I'll take it.

Kaytee gave birth to Olive early this morning at 3:15 AM.  She is 7lbs 10oz and is very furry.  Pictures to come eventually.

 Bethy's coming this week and I need to figure out some fun things to do with her, so...

Wednesday: Pick her up at BWI and come to Winchester, let her rest a little if she needs to/straighten up
Show around Winchester, go out to eat, FIND SOMETHING TO DO WEDNESDAY NIGHT!  She's not 21 yet, so taking her to bars are pretty much out...hmmm...

If  the job wasn't complete before, I'm now entered into their tax system.  They have my fingerprints.  And I have an official school badge.  And I get paid the last Friday in August...my FIRST real person check!
