As I send myself into a long state of lonliness, It gets harder day by day to accept the fact I did this.

I am a complete disappointment of myself.

One day, I will get the courage to grow up and step out of this downward spiral.

Until then, all hope is lost :(.

Hmmmmm. Sounds like maybe you should not just live in the moment. Actually take the time to think "is this really what I want?" before acting on anything. Then, you'll never have to wake up in the morning regretting anything, and you'll love yourself that much more. If that makes sense. ?
