It's high time I wrote about the trip I made to Nicaragua about a month ago. By Costa Rican law, you're only allowed to stay three months. Then you have to leave the country for at least 72 hours before coming back in. I have a similar tendency. Especially with bums (but the vagabond type, not the destitute). I'm talking the Mac and the boys of the world. In Eureka, CA there's an amazing bum population that hangs out by the docks and it's fun to kick your shoes off with them, tip back the bottle of whiskey and let the stories flow out.
The post is wonderful, just what I needed on my last night out.
