Here is a term that I've seen used a couple times before:

Word/Term: Twincest
Meaning: Romance between a pair of twins, such as Fred and George Weasley.
Original Fandom(s), If Known: No idea, sorry.

These are specific to the Harry Potter fandom, so you might not want them, but I thought they were funny so I'll submit them anyway.

The originating fandom for "twincest" is likely the Real Person Slash fandom for The Moffatts... actually, the Moffson fanfic community (that's Moffatts/Hanson). A few years ago (1999-2000), there was this crazy chick called "Aspen" who decided it'd be really hot if Scott Moffatt and Taylor Hanson were in love... and it was. "Devil Angel" was born, and it was a "what would happen if" romance combined with a mystery. It's unfinished

I first found twincest in the HP fandom (Fred/George and Padma/Parvati) but i've since stumbled upon RPFS twincest about the Olsen Twins. Variants of "twincest" are "Patilcest" (HP) and "Olsencest". I may add that none of the few Olsencest fics I read (all by the same author) had smut.
