you could write private entries when necessary, and then update to everyone (or friends-only) every once in a while to let the rest of us know you're still alive :) prehaps

I miss having the Tallahassee support system too. I have Dan, I have coworkers, and I have my immediate family - all good things - but I don't have any just-friends. It's lonely.
