Jim and Prefect don't have anything obviously wrong with them on the outside. (Prefect does have a serial number tattooed onto his back, which Martha can have seen, but that's not really a medical condition.)

Valmooooont probably has all kinds of little injuries. Basically, my headcanon for him is that at some point he must have fought competitively, and he's amassed a fair amount of broken bones and horrible painful accidents while doing that, so he does have a few scars. Also, he occasionally comes in with burns on his hands and arms, and suffers from a persistant raw throat.

Derp, should have done this aaages ago, but Cissie's got lots of those old scars too, so... yeah. Most significantly, there is a probably noticeable scar from an arrow that went THROUGH her left arm. Otherwise, she's healthy.

Raistlin has asthma as well as supernaturally induced breathing issues, though these can be treated, though not cured, by medicinal herbs.
