Crazy snow

When I arrived in Olympia, people told me it rarely snowed here. So when it snowed each year I've been here, I've felt lucky in addition to being happy. But an inch or two is about all that ever fell

My place got 8". That is unheard of!

beware the flying

I gave up on Delta and drove 12 hours thru snowstorm #1.

Last night was snowstorm #2. This morning, in addition to digging out a truck and the doorways, Kinderkaos and I dug a tunnel THROUGH a snowbank big enough to crawl through. My back is on the verge of giving out . . . and storm #3 is Wednesday-Thursday.

Yay! We certainly are making up for the lack of snow-fun in Georgia!

Wow, that is a lot. I read your post about what you did from the airport and was thankful I didn't have to deal with it! And that it would be exhausting. At least you are ... enjoying it? :)

Great pictures, btw. I'm indeed lovin' the snow now that I'm not driving through it. We did some snowshoeing today and hopefully more of that and some sledding tomorrow.
