Does anybody know anything about Constructive Dismissal? My partner (Graham)is off sick, partly through pressure at work, and the firm seem determined to make him give notice. Passed a sign in the toilet tissue aisle of Sainsbury's today which said '200 shts per roll'.

I feel much better now. Spent the morning writing notes for when we see the solicitor on Tuesday. Thought it would be a good idea to have some notes rather than waffle on and get everyone confused. We're seeing a solicitor next Tuesday. Don't know whether it will do any good but at least we can tell the mad woman not to harrass us and lay out OUR proposals for when we will have the children. If she doesn't agree then she'll have to get her own solicitor. In the meantime the RB has made arrangements with his friends to go to a disco on Friday ( Read more... )

It's Sunday and the RB is here again. My nerves are already frazzled and it's only lunchtime.

Why is it that whenever you have a few days off you feel obliged to 'do' something? I'm glad I haven't got a garden because it was definitely gardening weather over Easter. As it was we tidied out the garage which is full of our bric-a-brac stuff. I don't think I can cope with all the excitement.
