EDIT: Good God, what a speech. He won with dignity, and he hasn't dropped the message of hope and empowerment that was such a central part of his campaign.

A couple of weeks ago a relatively young voter expressed a desire to leave the country should Obama not be elected. My reply was "I felt the same way when Reagan was elected." It really is a great country when someone with such disastrous policies can't mess it up beyond all repair.
And Obama even managed to work the new puppy into his speech!
