A while back I posted about computer monitors free to a good home, but got lazy and didn't follow up on it.

Anyway, we've got 3 17" and at least 1 15" Sony Trinitron monitors. They are free to a good home. The only catch is that you must take delivery of them this week. If transport is an issue worry not, within a reasonable distance I will ( Read more... )

Not that far really. IIRC you're in the high park area? As it happens I'll be out near Sherway Gardens Thursday around midday. Don't suppose you're free in the afternoon? I could swing by on my way back.

Ok, so after discussion with the boy - apparently we don't need the monitor after all - he has one up in the attic I didn't know about. -_-

Hi Dave,
Martin (wookiemart) said I should get in touch with you because you might have room in your car going to Montreal for Con*Cept for one more person. I'm trying to arrange travelling with some other people from Toronto but we still haven't figured out if we have room for everyone and Martin mentioned that you were going and I should check with you to see if you had room for one more person with you who would contribute to gas money and be a pleasant travel companion. :D

I'm not working on the Friday so can leave at any time and could meet you in the Toronto area even. If you don't have room, that's ok, but just thought I'd ask.

Glad to hear you've sorted things out. As it happens I've currently got nothing but room in the car for the trip to Montreal, however I don't know if it would have worked out, since I'm not leaving Montreal until Monday, and even then I may be coming back via Ottawa.
