Wasabi ginger ice cream proves two things!

1) People are creative!

2) Anything's good if it's turned into ice cream.

Are you serious? Wasabi ginger? I'm all for sushi, but this is just...I don't know...weird. Heh. Well, at least in this case you could now eat ice cream WITH sushi and have it not taste completely funky.

...Not that I'm going to try it anytime soon.

Seriously, it's good. Though you're right, it is the only ice cream where seafood would probably be a good topping.

I've actually had ginger ice cream before that was delicious, but with wasabi? Hmm.. that would be interesting.

I had the ginger ice cream at a Japanese steak house in Las Vegas. They had plum and green tea ice cream as well, both of which were also very good. I haven't been able to find any flavors like that anywhere else. Where did you get it in Princeton?

Come up and visit Peds sometime. I'm sure I the kids could use some cheering up. =)

Hamilton, actually. Coldstone is doing this flavor-of-the-month thing, and some of them are really weird. Hence, wasabi ginger.

Sure thing! I love being social.
