Definitely Pediatrics first. They can do a through examination of the boy and see if there is an issue to call in Psych. No child should be poked and prodded if at all possible by ill-trained buffoons who are trying to make another case for Sybil or the three faces of Eve. We won't even go into that poor 'Child Called It' fellow.

I'd say you're doing a grand job of it already, my dear boy. You have the instincts of a level-headed doctor. Have you ever considered Diagnostics?

Just wait until I cart a REALLY bad accident to your doorstep. Cause trust me, you'll see the ER's definition of a "bad day" before your rotation here's over.
