Confusion in regards to cars

I went with my Dad yesterday to get a new car because the blue 1990 Bonneville is a Deathmobile. The subframe has a 6-inch hole, the brake light has been on for three months, the heat doesn't work (nor does the air conditioning), the drivers side window will go down but not back up (embarrassing when you're going through the drive through at taco
