Train! I haven't had the pleasure but my sister took it for work one time and she enjoyed it.
I wish I could come and hang out with you in Orlando, darn RL!
As for tourist stuff, animal kingdom is fun. The Universal parks are also fun depending if you want roller coasters or simulated rides.
But in the end, HAVE A FANTASTIC TIME, BB!
