wow nothing like your pick for world champs starting off 0-7. they look brutal. everything else i stand by....so far. i agree a lot is riding on john maine, and the pedro injury doesn't help them at all. if he's not full strength i think it could be a race. i'll tell you what, if phil hughes and ian kennedy don't start looking better i am definitely standing by my no yankees in the playoffs prediction. tampa has a real team now, and that cuts down on wins in the AL East, meaning i don't think the wild card is coming out of there. i thought it was coming out of the Central until the tigers started out 0 for the season. Maybe the White Sox? Shit it's week one, who knows....
