Congratulations! I was just about to post in my journal when I saw your name pop up under the "Friends' Updates" and you could practically hear the squeal of brakes as I cried "WOAH, woah," and hastened to read your update.
The inducing/labour/C-section is a terrible drag, and you'll have battle-stories to scare the younger generations for years to come, but look at it this way-- you were obviously such a good mom to live in that she didn't want to come out.
Yay!!!! Congratulations... It's too bad it took so long and after all the labouring you had to get a c-section, but the prize is worth all the pain, isn't it? :) And yes, you'll find that you'll never be able to watch a show from beginning to end ever again!! :)
She is beautiful and I love the name. I'm also glad it's not the ones I have my heart set on if we get a girl this time. ;) (Though everyone else is having girls, so it's probably another boy for me!)
Best thing ever is napping with baby all curled up. I miss that! Hope all is well and you feel better real soon.
