Nope! His name used to be Esteban but that was a holdover from before I had decided to give his hometown an Indian flavour (which was way before GH!), so the last revision got several name changes to bring that in line.

So now the story is that his name's Ravindra Savarna, but when he ran away from home to enlist, he enlisted under a fake name of Esteban Tramden. (...and yes this is largely GH's fault)
