Well I have realized, that all my work outs have been brute force, lifting tires, swinging 16lb sledge hammers, dragging tires type of late. Leaving my cardio woefully deficient, so I am trying to remedy that. Especially since I prefer cardio that grinding my nose to the books

I think triathlons tend to be swimming 1/2-1 mile, running 5 or so miles, and riding maybe 10-15? I can't recall, but it's not as brutal as your numbers in the above post! LOL I think the 26 miles (marathon distance) of running alone is more than most people can handle in one day :)

I tend to do my runs in the morning around 8am, and I am running around 9min miles.
